Many people have colitis.
They're in pain, sometimes even bleeding
when they go to the bathroom.
What that is, is inside their colon,
there's a rupture or a chronic inflammatory issue.
But that's not enough.
What is causing it all?
People need to know when it comes down to colitis,
there's a bug and it's called the shingles virus.
The shingles virus ends up inside the colon,
burrows itself into the lining of the colon,
eventually rupturing tissue or just keeps it inflamed.
Some people have colitis that's severe, some have it mildly.
And what happens is, how does that virus do that?
One reason is the foods we eat.
If we have gluten, dairy, or eggs, like cheese and gluten in this bread,
and cream and butter in this cake,
what happens is those are the foods that the shingles virus feeds off of
and causes the problem inside the colon, causing colitis.
Thank you.
